We remove the existing wall and haul off the debris, then install a beam. We verify that the beam is transferring the load properly to the footers. Lastly, we sweep up the mess we made and leave you with a beam in place of the original wall.

3. Build our temp walls to support the structure.

4. Verify the structure is secure.

5. Remove the wall and dispose of the materials as needed.

6. Install the beam.

7. Make all the connections.

8. Verify the load has a direct bearing down to the footings.

9. Take the temp walls down.

10. Sweep and do general cleanup.
